These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website backspinsimulator.com and the services, facilities, and memberships provided by Backspin Golf Simulators ("Backspin," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 513 N Splitrock Blvd, Brandon, SD 57005. By accessing our website, booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Backspin Golf Simulators operates an indoor golf simulator facility offering simulator bay rentals, memberships, practice range access, leagues, events, and related services. Our facility is open daily with varying hours (see our About page for current schedule). Hours, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Simulator bays and tee times may be reserved through our third-party booking provider. Rates are charged per bay, per hour, and vary by day and time. By making a reservation you agree to the rate displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling: 24 hour notice is required for full refund of pre-paid reservations.

Late arrival: Reserved time begins at the scheduled start time; late arrival does not extend the reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

Backspin offers a Membership that provides discounted hourly rates — $10 off every bay hour, subject to availability — during our regular open hours, as described on our Memberships page. Annual and Membership + Locker options are also available.

Billing: Memberships are billed monthly ($35/month) or annually ($378/year) to the payment method on file. The primary account holder is responsible for all charges on the membership account.

Member Perks: Members receive $10 off reservations per hour and first chance at premium locker rentals for club storage.

Cancellation: Memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

Rules: Membership access is for the member only. Guest rates apply for non-members joining a member in a bay.

League play is subject to specific rules and schedules. 8-week leagues require registration and pre-payment. Format and courses vary weekly. Matches may be made up with prior notice. Prizes are awarded for weekly closest-to-the-pin and overall championship winners.

All payments for bookings, memberships, leagues, and other services are processed through third-party payment providers. Customer must contact us within 24 hours of reserved start time to receive a full refund.

While using our facility, you agree to: follow all posted rules and reasonable instructions from staff; treat equipment, simulators, and the premises with care; behave respectfully toward staff and other guests; and supervise any minors in your party at all times. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or for violation of these Terms, without refund.

You are responsible for any damage to simulators, equipment, or facility property caused by you or members of your party (including guests booking under your reservation or membership) beyond normal wear, and agree to reimburse Backspin for the cost of repair or replacement.

Golf, including indoor simulator golf, involves swinging clubs and physical activity that carry inherent risks of injury to yourself and others. By using our facility, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backspin Golf Simulators, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Backspin Golf Simulators or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Our website and services rely on third-party providers (including booking, payment, and analytics services) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and services, including accuracy, reliability, and availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Dakota.
